Terms & Conditions for Banaspati Auto Trading Bot

By purchasing and using Banaspati Auto Trading Bot (the "Program"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Payment

  • Payment can only be made via QRIS.
  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders are processed once payment has been verified.

2. Application Activation

  • The application/bot will be activated once your payment is verified, within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Activation notice and usage instructions will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
  • Make sure your registered email is active and can receive messages.

3. Return Policy

  • Digital products cannot be returned once the application has been activated.
  • If you run into a problem with the product, please contact our support team.

4. Data Privacy

  • We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data.
  • Payment data is processed securely through trusted payment providers.

5. Risk & Limitation of Liability

  • Banaspati Auto Trading Bot is software, not an investment service, asset management service, or financial advisory service.
  • Crypto asset trading is high risk and prices can change drastically at any time. You may lose some or all of your funds.
  • All profits and losses from using the Program are entirely the user's responsibility, including decisions about strategy settings, leverage, and risk management.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from misuse, incorrect configuration by the user, system errors/bugs, third-party service disruptions (exchange/API/internet/hosting), hacking, regulatory changes, or other events of force majeure beyond the Developer's reasonable control.
  • The Program is provided as-is, without any guarantee of profit, success, performance, or service availability.
  • By proceeding with the purchase and using this product, the user knowingly and voluntarily confirms having understood all the risks above, and releases and indemnifies the Developer from any claim, demand, or legal action arising from use of the Program, on any legal basis. 6. Dispute Resolution
